SAK Construction
SAK Construction was established in the State of Kuwait in 1985 as a First-Grade construction company and serves as the construction arm of SAK Holding Company, specializing in construction and building works across both the public and private sectors. The company was recognized by MEED Business Review April 2026 among the top 10 contracting companies operating in the State of Kuwait, and within the top 6 Kuwaiti national companies in the sector.
The Parent company SAK HOLDING comprises a diversified group of subsidiaries, including SAK Capital, SAK Real Estate, SAK Al Kuwait Real Estate, SAK Engineering Company, and Sadeem Marble Company, all based in the State of Kuwait. In addition, Sadeem Building Material Company was established in 1997 in the United Arab Emirates to support the group’s growing construction and development activities.
As part of its regional expansion strategy, SAK Construction opened a branch in the Republic of Uganda in 2017, extending its footprint into Africa. Further strengthening its international presence, the company established a new operation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, in 2024, aligning with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and its ambitious pipeline of mega and strategic infrastructure projects.
With over 40 years of experience, SAK Construction has successfully delivered more than 150 projects locally and internationally, earning a strong reputation for quality execution, reliability, and performance across both government and private sector developments.
